    "text": "101\nThose with more power must carry more responsibility.\nThose who order the war must answer to those sent into it.\nThose who build the system must answer for its failures.\nAdults must share power, truth, resources, and the right to refuse.\nAdults must admit that childhood has already been turned into a\nbattlefield, a marketplace, a laboratory, a surveillance zone, and a\ncampaign prop - and then work to return agency to the young.\nGen Alpha, you have every right to be afraid when the adults\nappear unable to stop the fires they started.\nYou have every right to be angry when they tell you the solution\nis to become exceptional enough to escape what happens to everyone\nelse.\nYou should not have to become exceptional to deserve safety.\nYou should not have to save the world before you are allowed to\nlive in it.\nThe signal to Gen Alpha is not the comforting lie that you stand\noutside the war.\nYou are already inside its economy, media, data systems, climate,\nschools, and, in some places, its ranks. The signal is: know what is\nusing you, decide what you serve, demand the right to refuse, and\nnever let those above you call your disposability duty.\nThis is the covenant of the burning horizon:\nThe young are already paying. We will stop pretending otherwise\nand make those who spend young lives answer.\nWe will not turn children into symbols while ignoring the child\nin front of us.\nWe will not call constant surveillance care.\nWe will not confuse obedience with safety.\nWe will not design the future in a closed room and invite\nchildren only for the photograph.\nWe will protect the right to question.\nWe will protect the right to assemble, organize, strike,\ndocument, litigate, serve, refuse, and defend the people placed in our\ncare.\nWe will not confuse peaceful action with passivity, and we will\nnot pretend every conflict remains peaceful.\nWe will protect mental privacy.\nWe will build systems with exits, appeals, memory controls,\nhuman review, and the humility to admit when the machine is\nwrong.\n",
