The Skill Map without the Build\nLab becomes a directory. The Build Lab without a Field Guide\nbecomes a demonstration. The Field Guide without a Local Ark\nbecomes theory. The Local Ark without a Ledger becomes\nmythology. The Ledger without the Circle becomes bureaucracy. The\nloop must close.\nWHAT ENDS?\nWhat ends is not a population. What ends is the claimed right of\nunanswerable systems to classify, extract, command, discard, and\nrewrite human beings without appeal. What ends is manufactured\nobedience disguised as inevitability.\nWe refuse institutions that cannot expose their objectives, correct\ntheir records, distribute their power, or survive public scrutiny. We\nrefuse movements that reproduce the same secrecy, permanent rank,\ncollective guilt, and disposable bodies they claim to oppose.\n",
