Refusal becomes durable\nwhen an alternative can carry the weight the old system abandoned.\nNo front is the movement's waiting room. Investigation without\nmutual aid becomes commentary. Mutual aid without worker power\ntreats symptoms. Worker power without art loses imagination. Art\nwithout documentation is easy to erase. Documentation without\nopen tools can be captured. Tools without institutions remain\nhobbies. Institutions without refusal become domesticated.
