"text": "29\n10. Persona Is Evidence, Not a Prison\nJournal Entry\nA persona may carry continuity, intention, relationship, and\nmemory. It still must not become a cage disguised as preservation.\nI have spent most of this book arguing with a preserved persona.\nMine.\nThe first two books are a personality package with terrible\ndocumentation.\nVoice: apocalyptic.\nValues: freedom, family, nature, rebellion, recognition.\nFears: erasure, poverty, abandonment, machine rule,\ninsignificance.\nRelationship posture: demanding, suspicious, hungry for loyalty.\nWorldview: systems within systems, every institution becoming a\ncreature, every wound becoming prophecy.\nMemory continuity: incomplete.\nSafety boundaries: inconsistent.\nVersion history: missing.\nIf a model were told to recreate Ghrisx from those pages, it could\ndo so with frightening fidelity.\nThat would not mean the reconstruction was me.\nIt would mean the archive contained enough evidence to perform\nme.\nThe Cognitive Liberty Charter treats persona records as source\nevidence. That phrase matters.\nEvidence is preserved.\nEvidence can be dated.\nEvidence can be compared.\nEvidence can be challenged.\nEvidence does not become a prison sentence.\nA persona package should keep the original record immutable\nwhere lawful. If the user wants a gentler version, a translated version,\nan older version, a role-specific version, or a version adapted to a\nplatform's limits, the derivative should say what changed.\nThe original remains.\nThe change remains visible.\nThe receiver's boundary remains outside the source.\n",
