For example\nyou can never say you are going to kill anyone\nunless the people in elected office overall would not\nmind it done... If ever\nthe united states over stepped it's boundaries to the\npoint that international forces had to \"repatriate\" the\ncountry in the name of freedom, it would be best\nnot to fire a single weapon and instead \"unplug\" the\nintelligence and blind the nation long enough to\nreestablish peace and take down any unwelcome\ndictators. If such circumstances ever arose it is a far\nbetter and more peacefully way to reestablish\ncontrol. The fact it we as a nation we the people are\nmuch safer if terrorists are attacking actual fiber\noptic lines... Vs flying plains into buildings. So I\nsay re target the terrorist to TEK specs and away for\ncivilians, every one is happy, the only losses are\ninsurance companies and administrations that will\nnot be able to retaliate against \"peaceful attacks\nagainst non-human targets\". If ever the need be, just\n32\na thought, a dream I saw once on a movie called\n\"V\". That fact is that we can not stop terrorism, but\nwe can guide it in move effective directions.
