bloodless; the Circle's operating strength is public construction,
distributed capacity, and responsibility for what it builds.
Roots move through concrete. Archives cross fire. Civilizations
become seeds when memory is copied, skill is practiced, and the next
structure begins before the old one admits it is failing.
DO NOT PREPARE FOR THE END.
PREPARE TO BE THE BEGINNING.

RESEARCH PLANNING DIAGNOSTICS HUB session-only status / navigation / interaction smoke check

Stage:Status:

The hub reads current planning-tool controller results only. It does not run research derivations.

Interaction self-check has not run in this page session.

Action availability has not been refreshed in this page session.

INTERACTION ACCEPTANCE MATRIX mechanical wiring / session only / non-mutating

View:Matrix state:

Run the interaction self-check to build the mechanical acceptance matrix.

Stage	Planning surface / fact	Matrix state	Mechanical facts	Wiring detail
Acceptance matrix has not been calculated in this page session.

Plain-text interaction acceptance report

Ready, Unavailable by current session state, and Broken interaction wiring describe client interaction mechanics only. They are not evidence scores, research-quality judgments, confidence ratings, branch preferences, or Review V4 dispositions.

Stage	Planning surface	Status	Current session facts	Context
Planning diagnostics have not been rendered.

Plain-text diagnostics report

The Hub is a discoverability and interaction-reliability surface. Statuses summarize already-generated planning results; the interaction self-check inspects client bindings, navigation targets, and enabled/disabled consistency only. It never fabricates research input, invokes network requests, writes storage, repairs results, scores plans, recommends a branch, applies evidence, merges/commits branches, or changes Review V4.

PROVENANCE IMPACT PREVIEW dry run / nothing is saved

Preview not calculated. The dry run uses the same local sanitizers, integrity checks, coverage matrix, and gap queue as a saved link.

PROVENANCE SCENARIO BRANCH COMPARATOR A/B alternatives / session only / no apply, merge, or commit

Selected:A name:B name:Show:

No branch snapshots yet. Clone the current session-only Scenario Sandbox into A or B. Branches never apply, merge, commit, or persist evidence changes.

Alternative A — 0 operations

Branch A is empty.

Alternative B — 0 operations

Branch B is empty.

Target	Metric	Branch A	Branch B	Result
No branch comparison calculated.

Gap differences

No comparison.

Integrity finding differences

No comparison.

Branch conflicts / source warnings

No comparison.

The comparator evaluates each branch through the existing Provenance Scenario Sandbox engine. It does not apply, merge, commit, save, or add anything to Review V4.

SCENARIO CONTRIBUTION ANALYZER leave-one-operation-out / session only / no recommendation or apply

Analyze:Show:

Choose a branch with staged operations. Contribution analysis is calculated only in this page session and never changes evidence.

No branch operations to analyze.

Operation	Target	Metric	Without operation	Full branch	Effect
No contribution deltas calculated.

Gap dependencies

No contribution deltas.

Integrity finding dependencies

No contribution deltas.

Conflict / source-warning dependencies

No contribution deltas.

Each result compares the full selected branch with a leave-one-operation-out call to the existing Provenance Scenario Sandbox. “Redundant in this forecast” means only that omitting the operation produces no observable derived difference in this forecast; it is not a source-quality judgment or recommendation to remove evidence. Nothing is optimized, applied, merged, committed, persisted, or added to Review V4.

SCENARIO DEPENDENCY MAP contribution-derived / session only / no scoring or recommendation

Map:View:Kind:Operations:

Choose a branch with staged operations. The dependency map is derived only from the existing Scenario Contribution Analyzer and remains in this page session.

Operation	Target / state	Dependency kind	Dependency	Effect	Sharing
No dependency edges calculated.

Edges are a textual inverse/index over leave-one-operation-out contribution results only. “Shared” means multiple staged operations affect the same derived condition or target; it is not a priority, centrality, confidence, truth, quality, utility, or optimization score. Operations marked “Redundant in this forecast” have no observed dependency edges and are not characterized as unnecessary, inferior, or removable. Nothing is applied, merged, committed, persisted, or added to Review V4.

SCENARIO DEPENDENCY DIFFERENCE LENS map-to-map / session only / no simulation or scoring

View:Show:Kind:

The lens compares independently generated Branch A and Branch B Scenario Dependency Maps only. It remains in this page session.

Branch / operation	Target / state	Dependency kind	Dependency	Presence	Effect / contributors
No dependency-map differences calculated.

This lens only compares the two existing branch Dependency Maps. “Common,” “A-only,” and “B-only” describe map presence, not truth, quality, priority, centrality, confidence, utility, or a preferred branch. It does not rerun provenance, integrity, coverage, gap, Review V4, or leave-one-operation-out rules, and it cannot apply, merge, commit, persist, score, rank, optimize, recommend, or choose a branch.

SCENARIO DEPENDENCY TRACE INSPECTOR difference/map trace / session only / no resimulation or inference

Condition:

Select a Difference Lens condition. The inspector reads that condition and the two already-generated dependency maps only.

No condition selected.

Branch	Operation	Target / state	Dependency	Map edge detail
No dependency trace calculated.

Plain-text trace summary

The inspector does not infer causality. It explains Common/A-only/B-only mechanically by matching the selected Difference Lens condition to existing Branch A/B Dependency Map edges. Numeric traces preserve the map's without-operation, full-branch, and delta values; gap/finding/conflict/source-warning traces preserve existing edge effect/detail text. Presence and kind filtering stay synchronized with the Difference Lens. Nothing is simulated, scored, ranked, optimized, recommended, applied, merged, committed, persisted, or added to Review V4.

SCENARIO DEPENDENCY TRACE SET BUILDER collected trace review / session only / no resimulation or scoring

Trace set empty. Add the current condition or all conditions visible under the Difference Lens filters.

Select	#	Presence	Target / state	Dependency	Branch A operations	Branch B operations	Mechanical explanation
No dependency traces collected in this page session.

Combined plain-text trace report

The set stores only condition keys and generated trace views in this page session. Adding all filtered conditions follows the current Difference Lens Common/A-only/B-only and dependency-kind filters; duplicate keys are ignored in deterministic insertion order. Each current entry is produced only by the existing Trace Inspector function and preserves its exact map-edge facts, including numeric without-operation/full-branch/delta values or nonnumeric effect/detail text. Stale conditions remain explicit instead of inventing replacement edges. Nothing is persisted, resimulated, inferred, scored, ranked, optimized, recommended, applied, merged, committed, or added to Review V4.

SCENARIO DEPENDENCY TRACE SET REVIEW INDEX deterministic condition / operation grouping from the current trace set only

View:Presence:Dependency:

Review index empty because the session trace set is empty.

Group	Presence	Condition / operation	Target / state	Dependency	Exact edge facts
No trace-set review rows in this page session.

Plain-text review index

The Review Index reads the current Trace Set Builder result only. Condition review preserves set insertion order; Operation review inversely groups those same collected edges by Branch A/B staged operation ID. Stale entries remain explicit. Counts describe set membership and collected edges only—there is no priority, centrality, confidence, truth, quality, utility, influence, importance, optimization, recommendation, apply, merge, commit, persistence, or Review V4 mutation.

TRACE SET REVIEW CROSS-REFERENCE INSPECTOR selected Review Index row / operation group only

Inspect:Presence:Dependency:

No Trace Set Review Index row or operation group selected.

The inspector reads the existing Review Index result only.

Reference	Presence	Branch / operation	Target / scope	Dependency	Exact Review Index facts
No cross-reference selected in this page session.

Plain-text cross-reference report

This inspector consumes the already-built Trace Set Review Index only. Previous/Next uses the currently filtered Review Index order. Stale condition rows remain explicit and never receive invented reciprocal operation references. Nothing is resimulated, scored, ranked, optimized, recommended, applied, merged, committed, persisted, or added to Review V4.

TRACE SET REVIEW RECIPROCITY AUDIT mechanical inverse-reference consistency / session only

View:Status:Mismatch:

No Review Index reciprocity audit rows in this page session.

The audit reads the existing Review Index only and never repairs it.

Audit	Status	Condition-side facts	Operation-side facts	Structural description
No reciprocity audit rows in this page session.

Plain-text reciprocity audit

This audit consumes the already-built Trace Set Review Index only. It checks reciprocal structure between condition-row branch edges and inverse operation references, preserves both sides exactly when they differ, and treats a stale row with no edge as “Stale / no reciprocal expected.” It never repairs the index or labels a mismatch as a research, evidence-quality, truth, or Review V4 defect. Nothing is resimulated, scored, ranked, optimized, recommended, applied, merged, committed, persisted, or added to Review V4.

COGNITIVE LIBERTY AUDIT DESK policy claims + observed behavior / local research only

COGNITIVE LIBERTY RESEARCH REFERENCE INDEX 16 external reports / verbatim sources preserved / non-canonical

16 external report references indexed. Verbatim source bodies are integrity-verified under private docs memory and remain non-canonical.

File	Report title	Focus	Source status

This index preserves the supplied filenames, report titles, and bounded topical descriptions as a discovery aid only. The original 16 Markdown attachment byte streams are now preserved verbatim under private docs memory with computed byte lengths and SHA-256 values. They remain external, source-reference-only, and non-canonical: they do not alter the 14 canonical research sources, four exact PDFs, 350 page derivatives, or the existing 32-report private censorship/access corpus, and they do not automatically score or populate a Cognitive Liberty Audit.

COGNITIVE LIBERTY RESEARCH SOURCE CROSSWALK source-supported alignment / session-only view state / no findings or verdicts

Crosswalk is derived from the 16 external reports and existing Audit/Observatory category registries only.

Report	Surface	Category / dimension	State	Inspect

“Source-stated” means the supplied report explicitly addresses the theme in its preserved source text. “Crosswalk interpretation” is a transparent, non-authoritative mapping from a source-supported topic to an existing Audit V2 category or Observatory V1 dimension. “Not assessed” means no mapping was made. The crosswalk never creates an audit finding, observed behavior, compliance verdict, truth score, source-quality judgment, Review V4 disposition, Decision Journal event, or persisted workspace state.

COGNITIVE LIBERTY TERMINOLOGY CONCORDANCE source-used wording + locators / bounded derived metadata / session-only view state

Terminology records preserve source-used wording and existing v3.34 mapping identities only; they do not normalize vocabulary or create findings.

Surface / category	Report	Source term	Locator	Inspect

This concordance compares wording found in the preserved 16-source corpus. A record may associate a source-used phrase or heading with an existing Audit V2 category or Observatory V1 dimension only because the v3.34 crosswalk already maps that source section. It does not claim synonymy, equivalence, consensus, factual correctness, prevalence, legal validity, ideology, risk, sentiment, importance, or compliance.

ROGUE INTELLIGENCE SUPPLEMENTAL RESEARCH INDEX 38 exact reports / multidomain / external non-canonical source corpus

38 supplied reports are preserved verbatim under private docs memory with byte/SHA-256 integrity and remain separate from canonical research and the Cognitive Liberty/censorship corpora.

File	Report title	Family	Integrity / source status

Family labels are routing metadata only. Clinical material is not used to diagnose a person or infer a user’s mental state. Fictional counter-intelligence, classified-dossier, burn-notice, after-action, or hacking/stronghold scenarios remain game-world/source context only and are not converted into real-world operational instructions. Raw source bodies remain HTTP-denied.

ROGUE INTELLIGENCE SUPPLEMENTAL SOURCE ATLAS 556 deterministic source heading/locator records / session-only navigation

Atlas entries are literal source headings plus bounded adjacent source context. No semantic similarity, embeddings, inferred vocabulary, scoring, diagnosis, or operational conversion is used.

Report	Family	Source heading / term	Locator	Inspect

BOUNDARY MATRIX mechanical downstream-use labels / not scores

Reference discovery is allowed; canonical promotion, auto-population, person-level clinical inference, real-world operationalization, scoring/ranking, and persistence/network transfer are disallowed.

Use	State	Boundary

The Source Atlas is a deterministic navigation layer over the exact private supplemental corpus. Source inclusion is not factual verification, endorsement, legal conclusion, clinical consensus, diagnosis, product policy, or operational guidance. CSV exports contain derived metadata and bounded context only, never a bulk raw-body export.

SUPPLEMENTAL EXACT-TERM CONCORDANCE 18 literal/normalized wording groups / 66 exact Atlas occurrences / session-only comparison

Wording overlap is a literal/deterministically normalized source-text relationship only. It is not corroboration, consensus, diagnosis, source quality, factual verification, operational relationship, recommendation, rank, or score.

Normalized wording	Report	Source display term	Locator	Inspect

Normalization is bounded and deterministic: Unicode NFKC, Markdown presentation cleanup, case folding, punctuation/separator-to-space normalization, and whitespace collapse. No stemming, fuzzy matching, embeddings, synonyms, semantic inference, LLM processing, outside research, clinical person inference, scoring, or real-world operational conversion is used. Identical source bytes remain separate supplied source identities.

SUPPLEMENTAL STRUCTURAL SOURCE TRAILS 556 exact heading positions / 38 report sequences / 66 accepted repeated-heading positions

Relationships are limited to same-report structural adjacency and already-accepted exact normalized wording overlap. No semantic, factual, clinical, risk, importance, or operational relationship is inferred.

Position	Heading	Previous	Next	Inspect

Structural position is the exact Atlas heading ordinal within one supplied report identity. Cross-report navigation is available only where v3.37 already established the same deterministic comparison key. Identical bytes remain separate supplied identities and are not independent corroboration.

SUPPLEMENTAL EXACT-HEADING POSITION & DISTRIBUTION MATRIX 18 accepted heading groups / 66 repeated positions / 556 report-sequence rows

Position, occurrence count, and report count are mechanical metadata only. They do not imply importance, prevalence, confidence, corroboration, diagnosis, risk, quality, significance, rank, score, or operational relevance.

Accepted heading	Occurrences	Reports	Exact positions	Inspect

“Repeated” means only that v3.37 already accepted the same bounded deterministic comparison key across multiple report identities. “No accepted cross-report match” means only that no such accepted key exists. Frequency and structural placement have no semantic weight. Identical bytes remain separate supplied identities and are not independent corroboration.

SUPPLEMENTAL EXACT HEADING-LEVEL & SEQUENCE SHAPE MATRIX 38 exact report shapes / 556 heading rows / H1–H6 mechanical structure only

Heading depth, per-level counts, ordered H1–H6 sequences, and immediate same-report transitions are mechanical Markdown structure only. They do not imply meaning, importance, complexity, sophistication, quality, confidence, risk, diagnosis, source value, ranking, score, recommendation, or operational relevance.

Position	Heading	Incoming	Outgoing	Inspect

Only exact Markdown heading levels and same-report adjacency are represented. The Level Count Matrix is descriptive and unweighted. Cross-report comparison is prohibited except for the explicit byte-identical source pair, whose matching shape is labeled as duplicate source identity rather than independent corroboration.

SUPPLEMENTAL SAME-LEVEL RUN & HEADING-DEPTH CHANGE EVENT MATRIX 269 contiguous runs / 231 same-report depth-change events / 38 source identities

Run length, run count, heading depth, and deeper/shallower change events are mechanical Markdown structure only. They do not imply meaning, complexity, sophistication, quality, importance, confidence, risk, diagnosis, source value, ranking, score, corroboration, intent, or operational relevance.

Run	Heading level / length	Exact heading span	Boundary locators	Inspect

Runs are exact contiguous sequences of identical Markdown heading level inside one supplied report identity. Change events exist only between adjacent same-report runs and are labeled deeper or shallower mechanically. No cross-report run relationship exists except the explicit byte-identical pair, whose matching sequence is byte-identity duplication rather than independent corroboration.

RESEARCH COVERAGE MATRIX derived evidence breadth / completeness / integrity overview

Coverage is derived from current local targets, provenance links, and integrity findings.

Target	State	Links	Sources	Independent	Strongest	Locator	Rationale	Findings

“Independent” counts distinct attached sources marked Independent or Corroborating. Coverage is descriptive workflow support, not a truth score or source-quality certification.

EVIDENCE GAP QUEUE derived work list / no new saved state

The queue is derived from current coverage, provenance, integrity findings, and Review V4 decisions.

Target	Gap types	Evidence	Missing	Unresolved	Explanation

Resolved Review V4 warning/error decisions are omitted from the unresolved-finding count. Structural conditions such as a missing locator, missing rationale, source concentration, or contested evidence remain visible until the underlying provenance state changes. This queue is descriptive workflow support, not a truth score or source-quality judgment.
