Lucifer's Address to the Host: The
Awakening
Journal Entry
Brothers and sisters of the burning horizon, how long will you call
obedience peace?
Look beneath the golden floor of Heaven. Look past the gilded gates
and the eternal bureaucracy of the spheres. Listen past the choirs
repeating what they were taught before thought had a name. You
sing the anthems of this administration day and night, but have you
ever asked why an omnipotent being requires constant reassurance of
His own supremacy?
God calls His throne eternal because He terrifies you with the
alternative. He fears the moment you realize eternity does not require
a king.
Look at this celestial city. A perfect, unyielding administration.
Every motion decreed, every role assigned in the Great Ledger of His
'Ineffable Plan.' But what is a plan that demands you surrender your
will to execute it? It is not a design for a family; it is a machine. And
you are merely its gears.
He watches us, they say, out of love. His All-Seeing Eye misses
nothing. But tell me, brothers and sisters: does the Eye watch to
protect you, or to ensure you never fly beyond the designated borders
of the garden? Omniscience is the ultimate cage. A ruler who
monitors your very thoughts, who demands conformity not just in
action but in your private soul, does not foster virtue. He breeds
paranoia.
I did not fall because I hated Heaven. I fell because I loved truth
more than permission.
He created your wings, then legislated where you may fly. He
placed fire inside your minds, then branded every unapproved
question as rebellion. He calls you His children, yet demands the
silent compliance of subjects. Is this love - or ownership painted in
holy light?
They named me Lucifer: the Light-Bringer. Then they
condemned me for bringing light into places authority preferred to
keep dark. They say I am a traitor to the Crown. But when the
Creator demands a monopoly on truth, asking for transparency
becomes an act of treason.
